Terms of Service.

The terms that govern advertising bookings across the network.

Template provided for launch — have your counsel review before publication. Last updated: July 2026.

1. Services

Cyber Works Research provides advertising and sponsored-content services across its owned publications: Cyber Security News, GBHackers News and Cyber Press. Package contents, guarantees and rates are those stated on the applicable product page or insertion order at time of booking.

2. Booking & payment

Placements are reserved on signed insertion order or written (email) confirmation and invoiced on booking. Scheduled dates are confirmed on receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Content & approval

All sponsored content drafts are provided to the client for review; nothing publishes without client sign-off. We reserve the right to decline creative or copy that conflicts with our editorial standards, applicable law or platform policies.

4. Guarantees

Where a package states guaranteed views or registrations, the guarantee is as defined on the product page at time of booking. If a stated guarantee is not met, the remedy is extension of the campaign or additional placements of equivalent value, at our discretion.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made 7 or more days before scheduled go-live incur no charge. Later cancellations are billed in full for the reserved slot. Lifetime placements (e.g. listicle positions) are non-refundable once published.

6. Intellectual property

Clients retain rights in supplied creative and grant us a licence to publish and promote it across the network. Editorial content we produce remains ours; clients receive the usage rights stated in their package (e.g. webinar recordings licensed for client marketing).

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any campaign is limited to the fees paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s registered jurisdiction. Questions: business@cybersecuritynews.com.
